I want to buy this one but the only size the have is Medium and i need a XS. A tailor would charge to much to alter it. Could you please help me find a dress similar to the waist shape and with long sleeves? Please help i need it for prom

If you know the name of the shape of this kind of dress it would help as well, Its not peplum I've already tried.

It's a draped formal or evening gown...the double draping is unusual (usually you see it done only on one side).
Back in the '80s it was a common style....not so much now.  There are Simplicity patterns for similar styling, but the draping is on one side, you could adapt a pattern and do it on both sides, but not enough time....just search long sleeved draped gown/formal/dress.....good luck
