Actually it's mainly just wrong and ignorant. How can a thinking person look around and believe everything just "happened by chance"? No one looks at a beautiful painting or building and believe it just fell into place. where there is design there is a designer. The human body, animals and plants show evidence of intricate design. someone had to put all this together.

Christian: "Nonbelievers are going to burn in hell for all eternity. Anyone who does not believe in God is a fool and will be subjected to endless torment. You probably don't believe in God because your father left your family when you were a child and your mother never loved you. Maybe you are not smart enough to see the obvious truth of God's existence."

Atheist: "I don't believe in God."

Christian: "OMG stop disrespecting me and my beliefs! I'm so offended D:"

It's just as disrespectful as saying "there are no reptilian aliens" or "there are no vampires", as there are people who believe in them.

You cannot say it for sure, since many people claim to know reptilian aliens and vampires, and you have not checked the whole universe in all its dimensions to claim it without a doubt.

Anything can be disrespectful if your timing is innappopriate. I'm not sure under what circumstances in daily life you would need to affirm your stance on God to the general public.

Because 'christians' want to give *evil*, *satan*, and *he||* more verbal airplay than they already do.

It isn't enough for them to say such things

more than all other religions combined .... and, they get to add a BIG word in there too = "disrespectful*

    O-O-O-O-O-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ... I'm impressed !!!

But is it not disrespectful of Christians to attempt to curb all criticism of their beliefs, just because they don't like the answer?

No,I don't believe that those words are disrespectful. I think they just show that the person who says them hasn't met Him yet.

They don't understand the simplest thing about disbelief. They're confused by people who think differently, I suppose.

Just because you claim something doesn't mean its true and you will be judged for everything you say and do as will everyone else including me. Even the devils believe and tremble.
