Hope I helped. I tried my best to say away from sad ones and just recommend ones that I had a good laugh watching but there might be some moments that are sad.

Well for happy i only know i few. These are happy for the most part. But i would recommed watching a certain magical index which has 2 24 episode seasons. So you can watch a certain scientific railgun. Railgun is one of my all time favorite animes. Railgun also has 2 24 episode seasons. Basically the kids in the city (academy city) have espur powers, which are psychic powers. For example one of the main characters in railgun is an electromaster and another can teleport. These characters are minor charcters in index. There is also sorcery involved (in magical index) but i wont get into that because of spoilers. Hope you watch them because they both are really good! But they do get depressing during some of the arcs
