Orlando VA Home Loan?
I am wanting to get pre approved for a VA home loan. It has been difficult to find information on the internet to find area lenders who post their VA rates and fees online. I can find rates and fees for normal home loans with major banks and lenders, but really nothing in regards to VA loans. USAA and Navy Fed posts VA mortgage rates/fees information but both are not good for me. USAA has no branches in the Orlando area, and I can't be a member with Navy Fed since I am no longer active duty.
I find it discouraging that it seems to be more difficult for veterans to get readily available information from VA home lenders.
Who are the most reputable VA home lenders, and who will be willing to give me quotes and fees without doing a hard credit check inquiry? Obviously whoever I decided to go with can do a hard credit check inquiry to verify that my credit score is above 760.
NWIP- You would be surprised how many banks I can go to, that do not offer lower rates for a VA loan or still want a downpayment. The biggest perk of a VA loan is not having to put anything down.
Canciu- I gave you two banks that did post VA rates. Many other banks will post rates, too. They just don't post VA rates.

USAA only has a few branches most is online banking.
VA just guarantees the loan, you can go to just about any bank/credit union and get a mortgage through them, then have VA guarantee it. All you have to do is have your discharge papers.
