How was Bill Maher able to be so accurate when he described Texas as "White Somalia"?

72% of Texas is white, Somalia is not.

Texas has a strong government, Somalia has not.

Texas pays federal taxes, Somalia does not.

Texas has elected officials, Somalia has not.

Texas protects its citizens Somalia does not.

Texas has never seized a commercial ship, Somalia has.

Texas has a brain, Bill Maher has not.

Texas has the 3rd largest black population in the country. Hispanics are the largest demographic in Texas. So Bill Maher's statement is pretty inaccurate.
