Need help with this! :/?

My girlfriend has been having a bloody nose every few hours for the last week. Im worried about her and she says before it started bleeding she had an extremely itchy nose and couldnt stop sneezing. She tried putting some lotion in there. Water, que tips,blowing her nose repeatedly, everything. She doesntlike the doctor but if theres no answer on here from youguys then im taking her there. Please I dont know what it is.
