girl i just got closer to scratched my shoulder?

Ok so theres this girl who I've know for years but never really been friends with, we never talked much in high school and she thought I hsted her, and she has asked me a few times in after some time of her being over seas, if I still hates her so she cares about how I ceel about her, but tonight after Chlling with the gang and her we talked for a bit and had a good conversation about the part, she remembers something I did years ago in great detail that I can't at all, and when we first sit for the night she gave me a little hug, and then when we met up again and then left for good for the night on her way past me she scratched my shoulder mind quickly, so I've been trying to figure out if the touch was flirty or not, I've been told the best way to determine if a girl is flirting or not is to imagine a guy doing what she does, and if a guy did that to me and we just got closer I would think he liked me. So what do you think?
