high school crush 2 years later?

Ok so theres this girl who I've know for years but never really been friends with, we never talked much in high school and she thought I hsted her, and she has asked me a few times in after some time of her being over seas, if I still hates her so she cares about how I ceel about her, but tonight after Chlling with the gang and her we talked for a bit and had a good conversation about the part, she remembers something I did years ago in great detail that I can't at all, and when we first sit for the night she gave me a little hug, and then when we met up again and then left for good for the night on her way past me she scratched my shoulder rando flirty like , so I've been trying to figure out if the touch was flirty or not, I've been told the best way to determine if a girl is flirting or not is to imagine a guy doing what she does, and if a guy did that to me and we just got closer I would think he liked me. So what do you think?
