Most born again today don't have two bellybuttons like in the first century did not either. but what they do have is
Once saved always saved, meaning and have said they don't sin,or can't sin. we know what John said about that

Why would baptism give me another belly button?
"Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." (John 3:5)
The problem is that many evangelicals fail to notice that this is an obvious reference to baptism and NOT their gnostic heresy.

You just made the same mistake Nicodemus made 2000 years ago
John 3
3 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Like Anonymous said, being born again (or "from above" in Greek) refers to baptism.

No
The second rebirth is of a spiritual nature
We learn something new every day
Jhn 3:1 There was a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish religious leader who was a Pharisee.
Jhn 3:2 After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. "Rabbi," he said, "we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you."
Jhn 3:3 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, [fn] you cannot see the Kingdom of God."
Jhn 3:4 "What do you mean?" exclaimed Nicodemus. "How can an old man go back into his mother's womb and be born again?"
Jhn 3:5 Jesus replied, "I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. [fn]
Jhn 3:6 Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. [fn]
Jhn 3:7 So don't be surprised when I say, 'You [fn] must be born again.'
Jhn 3:8 The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can't tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can't explain how people are born of the Spirit."

No, but they do attain a remarkable degree of flexibility, to such a degree that they can shove their own heads up their a*ses.
