Uninstalling an App called Pro PC Cleaner?

    That sounds like a virus. The standard steps to remove a program are:

    Step 1: Go onto the start menu

    Step 2: Click control panel

    Step 3: Click add or remove programs

    Step 4: Find Pro PC Cleaner

    Step 5: Click Remove

    If this does not work install a virus scanner and see if that works
