Did I just have a seizure?.?
I'm freaked out right now. It's about 3:30 AM where I am right now. I had slept the night before for a while, woke up at around 3 AM and stayed in bed on my phone for about 3-5 minutes and then got up to go to the bathroom . After I brushed my teeth I suddenly felt waves of uncontrollable dizziness which lasted only a few seconds and I fell on the floor, a huge fall, like a collapse- it woke everyone up in the house. Im a 20 years old female, by the way and have had no medical history of something like this before. Can someone tell me what happened and why it might've occured??????

Such head rushes or dizzy spells, when you get up from sitting down or lying down, are commonly caused by orthostatic hypotension. Sometimes you may feel faint as well and in some cases you may even faint for a brief moment after losing your balance.
If your BP is below 90/60 you have a low BP problem.
It is unlikely that you had a seizure.

If you get up from sleeping too fast, the shock will cause your body to pass out. It's nothing to worry about. It happened to me before. I had just woken up and was still adjusting to being awake, and I realized that I slept late, and jumped up immediately and ran to the shower, and while I was taking a shower, I suddenly felt very dizzy and fell to the ground. I was fine after that and for the rest of the day. Don't worry about it. 😄
