How many calories are in an average seven inch cigar?
I know you can't get calories from smoking, but I kinda chew it and eat it too. I am doing a school project where you have to track your intake for a week and it has to be almost exact.

You'll never have an exact calorie count. Anyway, that cigar is going through you so go with 0 calories. Btw, it isn't just about the calories. It's what you eat as well. Case in point (and something I know about from experience - a high sugar diet but not overating - disaster!)...
