Can i take a unvaccinated 7 week 6 day old kitten out side supervised?
Hi, I have a 7 week old 6 day old kitten that has settled in really well. I had a cat last year that only started going outside at 6 months because i waited like the vet said to get him neutered. He never really understood and had little road sense and got hit by a car last month. After weeks of morning and feeling sad i got another kitten from the same woman who's cat had had another litter of kittens. The kitten hasn't really shown a interest in the outside world but my friends and family are telling me to show her the outside from a early age so that while she's still learning she will learn what to do and not do outside. I sort of agree with this and i have bought a harness for her. But will she be ok going outside unvaccinated. I see other cats come and go from my garden and sometimes they spray. Could she get ill even without having face to face contact with them?

Yes, that is fine as long as you keep a close eye on her. You might want to purchase one of those cat leashes if you want.

Cats have all the road sense of a human toddler no matter what age you introduce them to the outside. You will end up with this one dead on the side of the road as well, no matter what your friends say. And there are all sorts of things that an unvaccinated kitten can pick up - upper respiratory diseases that can make her very ill or kill her. And no unspayed cat should be allowed outside - ever. While she is clearly too young to come in to heat, you are teaching her that going outside is fine, and she will slip out and come back pregnant when she is old enough.
Cats do not have "road sense" or we wouldn't so many of them squashed on the side of the road. Keep your cat indoors, or out ONLY on leash and harness and you won't have another road kill pet.

If you actually love your kitty and want her to have a long happy life, you will NEVER allow her to roam outdoors unsupervised! The only way to let her outside safely is either on a leash and harness or in an escape proof catio. Fully vaccinated of course. The fact that you even asked this question demonstrates your profound ignorance of responsible pet ownership.
