Question about Andropause.?

If a guy gets Andropause, does that means that he can never have children.

Is it sort of like women menopause? Not the egg part but the end result

    Between the ages of 40 and 80+, men can experience a clinical syndrome similar to the female menopause, called andropause. For men, unlike women, there isn’t a clear-cut signpost to mark this transition.

    There are many instances where men in their 60s, 70s, and 80s have fathered perfectly healthy children: NOT a child, but children.

    Example? Charley Chaplin. Nine kids, some at a fairly advanced age.
