How many black women and black kids will be gunned down this summer in Baltimore ?

Because of the new liberal policies, the police are practically standing down .

Story of the Baltimore it's drug and rape and gangs violent. In such unsafe environment ,no kids or women life it's protected .Baltimore it's known as one of the dangerous cities in the world .How much government effort programs ,but they do what they do and it getting worse each year than last year .The teens in Baltimore are growing with this thought that if they not be criminal they are looser and in new age first thing they are learn it's drug and gun and violence ,which society force those families to live like how the gangs want or say ,so in such violence and aggressive environment you can not accept any good happen .

Just a few less than in Chicago

Maybe the liberal mayors of our metro cities have the answer to the race problems. It seems that they are killing off black people by black people like crazy. Is this the new liberal population control Fetuses are not enough!

How many more Black women, children and teenagers will be gun down, while unarmed, by the cowardly cops who "feared for their life" innocent people to death? When will the US and its people hold police, and the powers the wield, to a much HIGHER standard than they do common criminals and murderers? And not keep lowering the bar...

Probably more by their own kin than by the cops.

Sorry to say that. I hate seeing anybody die either way, and I do not condone police brutality (some/not all/can be race based) but let's be honest.....there's a problem with violence in general among the black community. It's time for some tough love. Nothing people do to shut me up will change that fact. Black people....you're being oppressed by people who call themselves your friends...the obvious racist or whatever? That's a distraction.

Don't know. Seems that most of them get shot by police for running so I guess now they'll run without being gunned down by police. If they shoot each other it's between them, and then when they've had enough of shooting each other, they can police themselves.

Why just Black woman and children? The laws they are passing will effect everyone regardless of race. This is basically putting a target on the backs of law enforcement. The sad thing is good cops are being put in danger due to the actions of a few, I hope the powers that be can sleep at night knowing what they have done. maybe it will be their families in danger when the cop has to ponder whether to use force or not and decides it isn't worth the risk of being scrutinized!

Eighty-two percent of all jail time imposed by Baltimore’s Criminal Courts for gun offenders charged with these crimes this year was suspended.

The average amount of jail time served by misdemeanor gun offenders is four months.

I have never seen a bigger bunch of bungling, inept and inarticulate people in my years. Almost EVERY time any of the local government folks make any statement, one just marvels at how stupid and inane these statements are -and how intensely racist a view they represent.

I would hope to see some "blow-back" from the result of hog-tying the law enforcement officers from doing their job. This would require recognition (not very likely to happen) and admission on the part of the mayor and DA that they've made a terrible mistake.

Of course, one could argue that the sudden massive increase in crime has nothing to do with what happened to the police and how the police force is being (mis)handled by the local government. And I'm sure some will take this position - people like Al Sharpton and company. But this argument is patent and blind nonsense.

The better question is, "How many more black men and teens will lose their lives by a law enforcement system who has appointed itself judge, jury and executioner."

I have a question! How many questions on Yahoo Answers are asked by uneducated, bigoted, religiously fanatical people? (or conservative shills)

If I, were a betting man. And I have certainly been known to be.

The number would be somewhere in the 60 to 70 area. Now

that the inept ignorant Mayor and her Puppet on a String DA

have the Justice Dept helping them. The number could go much

    higher.
