did i eat too much, not enough, or a good amount?

cereal - 100 calories

egg white omelet with veggies - 83 calories

oatmeal with one egg white - 92 calories

yogurt - 60 calories

spinach and tuna salad with cheese and lemon juice dressing - 125 calories

yogurt - 60 calories

Update:

i know it i recommended to eat 2,000 calories a day but i ate when i was hungry and even a bit after i was already full, i am a 15 year old girl btw

    This is way way under. You have to eat at least 1,500 a day. If you are trying to lose weight this is the wrong way to do it. As protection, your body will cling onto all of these calories because your body thinks you are starving yourself (that's why you aren't as hungry, your brain is tricking you). If you eat a healthy amount you will lose weight faster.
