    I think most English people would understand the first sentence as being spoken by a German or Yiddish person who is still learning English using their typical sentence structure putting the verb last. I'm not sure it is"wrong" grammatically - I have no trouble parsing it into normal English - but the speaker should probably have it pointed out so it can be made more understandable.

    In an interrogative sentence, the helping or auxiliary verb always needs to be put in front of the subject.So,your second sentence is correct.

    No-2 is correct. No-1 is correct as colloquial version.
