The only one that i have watched that you can watch with your family is D. Gray - man. It has absolutely no fan service what so ever. Im 43 episodes in and im enjoying it. It has a total of 103 episodes. I don't know if you are looking for one that long though.

When I was like 12 I watched Soul Eater with my dad and he liked it. I think Ouran high school host club was pretty great too. Also maybe Hetalia.
