If you know you're pregnant, you're past the point where any of those herbs would have an effect, especially at low doses. That recipe would be for bringing on a later period, or perhaps trying to prevent implantation when you were just pregnant, before a test would even show positive.

Many of the herbal products that can cause miscarriage take a week or more of use to produce results. I can say for absolute certainty that one instance won't cause any issue, but I doubt you have anything to worry about!

You'll be fine. Those would have to be taken in large quantities to have any effect.
