What does it mean when a woman you had sex with now tells you she's renting a room in a house but is sharing the room with a male "friend?"?

Hi. I met this beautiful girl and we became friends. We hooked up and had great sex a few times. We have a lot in common. She won't tell me where she lives but says she just got a new job and is renting a room with a male "friend" who she has known for a long time. She said he's paying rent too with a married couple with kids that live in the house. However, she told me that her family doesn't want her to date or be close to any guy either. When I'm around her when we meet up, she acts very secretive and sometimes looks around to see if anybody sees her or sees her with me. I was interested in seriously dating her but she told me she just wants to be friends after the all the sex we had together and I'm ok with that. She says she's too busy for a relationship. I don't know any of her family or friends but wanted to meet them. She says I'll never meet her family. Have you ever been in this situation before or know somebody that has been? Since she doesn't want to have sex with me anymore or date me, at least for now, should I just move on and forget about her? When I call her, she hardly picks up the phone. When I text her, it takes her sometimes 1 - 2 days just to respond. I like her as a lover or a friend. I'm ok with it either way but I don't like to be lied to. Do you think she's lying to me about anything? What does all this mean? If it was you in my situation, what would you do? Thanks.
