Yes, go get your own PS3. Also, get Skyrim Legendary Edition (not vanilla Skyrim). It includes 3 DLC's

- Dawnguard - become a Vampire Lord

- Dragonborn - visit the vast island of Solstheim

- Hearthfire - purchase land and build your own home

The world of Skyrim is damn huge to keep you busy for hundreds of hours. There are hundreds of quests to complete & places to explore. It has received positive reviews, ever since it was released in November 2011

You should be able to get a good deal on a used PS3 and used games. There are a lot of good ones. Skyrim is my favorite game of all time (so far) and has hundreds of hours of game play, totally worth it. I also liked inFAMOUS, Red Dead Redemption, Fallout New Vegas, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed and Dishonored on PS3. I'm a woman and I play games, and so do both of my daughters. Use a headset if your roommate doesn't like to hear video games. Good luck at college!

I don't think you should buy a ps3 just for one game!ps3 is ages old,get the ps4 instead and play better games.If you have laptop play it there,you could connect it to the TV if you want to.

Yeah, buy it. Video games are awsome. And it's always better on your own system.
