I may be wrong, but I m pretty sure a business plan is for when you want to start your own business. But I work at Dairy Queen and my boss wants me to write one. I worked there in high school and after my first year of college I m working at DQ again over the summer. He wants me to write a business plan and he wants me to write about what I learned at my job when I was at college. Even though I didn t learn anything new there, it was not a hard job, it was about the same as DQ. I m not entirely sure what he s asking and I would ask him what he wants, but he d just call me an idiot and then just say what he said before.

I m moving in mid July and I was wondering how far in advance should I apply for a job. It s just retail jobs I m applying to.

I usually wear converse, but since I'm going to college I'm going to be walking more and converse aren't very comfortable walking shoes, at least not for long periods of time. I was thinking something with a similar style, like I think vans is similar. Or basically any shoe that doesn't look like I'm about to go running, and it needs to be close toed. I'm picking brands based on comfort, price, and style.

Also I'm going to draw on them. I don't know if I want Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin shoes. If I do Pink Floyd, I'm going to have the Dark Side of the Moon on the top and then on the sides I'm going to have the lyrics to Time. If I pick Led Zeppelin I'm going to write Led Zeppelin on the top and then one of the four symbols on each side of each shoe and then more lyrics, but if you think I should go with Zeppelin please suggest a song, not the lemon song lol.

So pick a shoe brand based on comfort, price, and style (similar to converse), pick pink floyd or led zeppelin, if you pick led zeppelin pick a song by them with good lyrics.

I've been doing my own laundry for about two years and I've never separated them. I always just throw them in and the default temperature is warm/cold, I don't really know what that does, it's just the default setting on the machine. The only thing I change is medium spin speed and that's just because if I don't change it the whole house will shake. Is it because I usually only wear cotton and denim and I put the machine on cotton wash. I don't wear a lot of white other than my socks and a few t shirts I wear to bed, but they're still white. Basically I want to know if it's the machine or the clothes so when I use a different machine I'll know if I should actually separate them.

I played skyrim a while ago and I really liked it and I've been wanting to get my own ps3, but I don't really know if I should buy one right before I go to college. One because I don't know if I should spend the money and two because I don't know if I'll have the time and three I don't want to bother my roomate if she doesn't like videogames.

In not saying that people aren't rude at other places or that all of their employees are rude, but it seems that it's mostly them. I work at DQ so I don't go to other fast food places that often, but most fast food places I don't have a problem, but every McDonald's I do. Does anyone else feel this way or have an explanation?

I like Rob Zombie, but I don't know if I want to pay $50 to see him live. Is he really good live? Does he have a lot of theatrics. $50 is the lawn price by the way, a bit ridiculous if you ask me. But I've never seen him live.

I've watched all of season one and the first few episodes of seasons two and four, and I am so bored. Maybe it's just AMC shows because I kinda thought Breaking Bad was a little too slow, it was good, but they could have picked up the pace a little bit more. Does the show get any better and should I continue to watch it or just give up now?

A lot of the addresses in South Park are variations of one 2, one 1, and two 0s. Like the Marshes house number is 2001, Brovlofski s at 1002, Stotches at 1020 which is where the Donovan s were, but now they re at 2210 (which is still close), and the Stevenson s at 2010. By the way, I only noticed it, I googled the addresses because it s a lot easier than trying to find all of them by watching the episodes. But it could mean nothing, idk.

I have an asus 2 in 1 laptop and I just got the new sims game and it says I need 3GB more memory, could I just get an SD card and have it work that way? I already tried uninstalling all the unimportant stuff on my laptop, but that got me about .02 GB more space, so please help. Thank you.

It's a weird way to ask the question, but I mean like how vampires are repelled by garlic and Frankenstein's monster is afraid of fire. I'm not a crazy person trying to prepare for the zombie apocalypse, I don't believe in that.

I saw It's Kind of a Funny Story, that movie was ****, I saw part of Perks of Being a Wallflower, I couldn't finish it. All Hollywood does is glamorize mental illness, like in IKOAFS the guy goes to a mental hospital and finds love and he's okay after that, of course he also found out that he's talented, but Emma Robert's character (not an Emma Roberts fan anyway) she was suddenly cured once she met him, I've never been in love, but I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. Also, how are these people getting gfs/bfs, is their "awkwardness" or "quirks" cute. No one thinks my awkwardness is cute, people just want to know what the **** is wrong with me. The thing that pisses me off the most about these movies though, is that they show upsides to mental illness, or "perks" you could say. I can safely say, there are rarely any perks, if there are any, I haven't come across any yet. I feel like it's becoming a fad to have some kind of mental illness so people will feel sorry for you, or at least that's what I think. I don't know, I just don't understand, if Hollywood is going to portray mental illness they could at least do it right.
