My fish is lying on the ground and it wont move. What should I do?

My goldfish was just bought today and it is sitting at the bottom of the tank. It's gill is still pumping and its eyes are moving?

PLEASE HURRY! I DON"T WANT MY FISHEYS TO DIE ON THE FIRST DAY!!!

    Could be from not acclimating the fish, a stressed fish from the change of scenery, clorine in the water, not enough oxygen, fish that doesn't like the tank lights. Fish could have had ick on the gills from the store also. Need to be a bit more specific if you want a better answer.
