Pregnancy cramping normal?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant only time my stomach cramp I hold my pee Sometines I don't like getting up this morning my discharge was dark yellow slight pink spotting is this sign of miscarriage

    You shouldnt do that. Not only is that not good for your bladder in general but you can get an infection which is bad for the baby.
