Google e-mail but not really gmail?

So I have an e-mail address thru google. It's not @gmail.com but @domainname.com I can currently send e-mails just fine but I cannot receive new e-mails of any kind. There is no where to go directly for helps. Many forums where you may get help, but since I cannot receive e-mails I cannot get updated on new answers.

The website is currently down could that be my problem? Although this newer pager has only been up for a year, and we had different hosts for our site before, and when it was down before for repairs, crashes etc, I never had issues like this. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my e-mail up and going again?

I tried going to the dashboard but the dashboard is linked to the previous site host/provider... If that makes sense.
