my ex is being difficult, what to do?

He keeps asking if I want to be with him I keep telling him no

He wont listen to me. He thinks we're going to get back together.

Sometimes I even have to scream at him then he'll ask me why I don't want to be with him and I tell him we're not compatible.

He says he doesn't believe me when I say I don't want to be with him ....he's the one that broke up with me in the first place -_- I DON'T WANT TO BE WITH HIM . I don't know what else to say to him

Block him - on your phone & on social media. If you run into him & he starts in, walk away. If you have to say something, be very clear: "I'm only going to say this once and then this subject is closed. You broke up with me . I have moved on. We are never, ever getting back together, so stop hounding me and move on too. Have a nice life. Goodbye." Then turn away from him or leave, if you can.

So don't say anything at all. The fact you're still talking to him about this tells him that you're at least willing to entertain his arguments on the subject. If you refuse to interact with him any more, or at least don't spend any more time around him than circumstances demand and refuse to talk about anything relationship-related for the limited time you do interact, he'll have to come to terms with the fact you've moved on.
