When to make a move?

I really need some advice! So me and this girl have been on a few dates and I've fallen in love with her. She's perfect to me. Actually last night made our 3rd date, I'm a pretty shy guy and I've never been in a relationship before, or even held a girls hand yet, and haven't kissed anyone! I always want to grab her hand as were walking or at the movies and I really want to kiss her goodnight, I just get nervous and don't do it! I can't really tell if she wants to either. But I think she likes me she asked me out the last date and it was fun! But we have another one coming up and she might take a road trip with me! Any suggestions that could help me out? :) btw we are both college age.
