Well there's a theory that most people who have schzophrenia can represent transgender symtpoms(pronouns and crossdressing)althought for transsexuals is not true,transsexuals never felt natural having their genitals that's why they get sex change,whereas transracials do feel fake getting transition,just because your child says ''i'm a girl,not a boy''that is not a sign that he's a future transgender because what if he doesn't know that girls have vagina,otherwise the boy just like having long hair,skirts and pink which is a traditional gender roles,so he will do opposite gender roles,that is called gender variance the boy would still feel like boy acting like a girl.
