Why do people say (there's no such thing as true gender equality?)?

I'm not a feminist nor do I consider myself MGTOW. Like minded to MGTOW sure, but I'm not MGTOW. Anyway, there being no such thing as true equity It feels like this is complete rubbish. I'm sure you've heard it before, feminism is bias equality. It's based off of what feminist feel is but not what actually is equal. In terms of being equal there are gains and losses, it's feminist and women that don't want to face the loss in order to achieve it. But women aren't the only problem. Men don't want to give up the last of their already fleeting power. Yet even worst, we seem so stuck on following the rules of traditionalism that we men simply don't have the balls to enforce true equity on the very women that claim they desire it. My point is, there is a such thing as true gender equality. It's just nobody really wants it... except maybe me of course. So the question stands, why do people use this catch phrase when it makes absolutely no sense?

This is an example of miscommunication in action.

One group is using this definition:

the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities.

The other is using this one:

being the same in quantity, size, degree, or value.

There is a key difference in these descriptions. One is focusing on social aspects such as opportunities and rights while the other is physical. IMO this is no accident but rather its people pretending to be daft and trolling.

Of course there will never be true equality for all humans in general but in the US and UK at least there is already gender equality more or less. You cant expect perfection in anything.

Firstly, you appear to be confusing equality and equity. They're not the same thing. Equality means the same in quantity, measure or value. Equity means fairness.

"My point is, there is a such thing as true gender equality."

    Well what is is?

How can male and female be the same in quantity, measure or value, given that one sex by definition gives birth to babies, and the other one doesn't?

men don't want to give up their 'fleeting power'?

i'm not sure that's an entirely rational statement, considering the nature of your question.

why do some people think that in order for them to obtain equality it must involve the 'loss' of someone else.

    i disagree.

what should be strived for is equality of opportunity, but not the gender activism which is starting to pretend to be feminism.

gender activism is the left's version of science denial.

religious cults like 3rd wave feminism have no business telling me, or anyone else what to do...

We're guaranteed to not be equal due to sexual dimorphism.

"True" gender equality means women and men equally represented in heavy industry, child care, fashion, military, science, waste treatment, etc.

Gender equality is an oxymoron, because the existence of sexual dimorphism is predicated on inequality.

All human beings on planet earth are not "treated" equal to each other.

Human will only be equal to each other when we finally kill each other off. All human beings dead and in the ground rotting will finally make us equal to each other.
