How to prepare for the entrance exam for architecture in Italy?
Does anyone please tell me how to study or prepare for the entrance exam for the architecture major when applying to universities in Italy?
Other than the few previous exams; as in like a book or something to read or study from ?

The architecture admission test is organized at a national level, and so all the universities have the same test.
The questions are more or less on these topics http://orienta.polito.it/en/enrollment_archi (the syllabus this year exam has not been published yet, but should be similar).
We usually revise those subjects on our high school books, or from books written appositely for the admission exams for the university (there are both books about the theory and books with example questions.
For example the most used are

http://www.alphatest.it/Libri-Alpha-Test/Test-Ammi...
The main problem is that all those books are in Italian, and I've never heard of books for the admission test for the university translated into English...
