what else can I do to build muscle and burn fat?

I ride my horse very hard for an hour 3 times a week and that alone, not including brushing, getting him, barn chores burns about 300 calories because I'm jumping and he's a very hard and strong horse to ride. I also workout on the elliptical 5 days a week for 30 minutes on the set weihht loss program that has resistance and inclines that change. Right now I'm 17 and my senior year starts mid August so I'd like to be down to 120 by then, but also look toned, sexy, and defined by them. I weigh 140 right now at 5'2. I'm not fat but I'm not where I want to be and I know that I can look good. What else can I do to help me push this weight loss and goal? I eat around 1400 calories a day and I keep track of it in my fitness log app

How often have you seen some guy benching while arching his straight back and bouncing the fat off his chest? Well please do not follow this moron. Let him learn the difficult way since you can learn the good way from here https://tr.im/FSscW .

Critical Bench is a bench press program personalized by MikeWesterdal. It is one of many increasingly popular bodybuilding programs that lines up with other significant body building exercises like Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Measure your body fat percentage to see whether you're actually loosing fat. I bought some electronic scales which, after telling it my age, sex, height etc calculates my BMI and bodyfat percentage for me. Then if you arent loosing fat, do more cardio. working only certain parts of your body will cause muscle imbalance, + skinny legs or slim legs and a hench upper body does not look good I would work all muscle parts changing the intensity of my workouts also up my cardio as far as diet goes i stay away from fried and starchy foods and try to eat every 3 hrs.

Eat foods low in fat. Lower calorie intake does also not necessarily help lose weight. Running will really help burn fat, and to build muscle you want to increase calories and protein. Id try to increase the elliptical training to 45-60 minutes a day, and swimming can also help burn fat.

Every one wants to increase their bench press, but gym regulars and bodybuilders ultimately strike a level and struggle to raise those bench press numbers. Put down that journal report on "how to increase your bench press by 20lbs. in 1 week," and search here https://tr.im/HjJDv

Critical Bench is an ideal information for bench and is divided into six sections.

The first information is the training that you need in creating parts of your muscles while going right through the book.

Critical Bench emphasizes the significance of schedule varieties and discussed in layman workout terms, ensuring every bodybuilder examining the guide may realize it.
