No! It is based on faith based assumptions that are questionable based on the current evidence and denial of the evidence that challenges their faith based assumption.

There is only one body of evidence that we all have to share..

The very same evidence atheists interpret as supporting their alternative views related to origins theist interpret as supporting creation and so a creator.

Atheists insist their interpretation is the only correct interpretation based on the a priori assumption of materialism which acts to exclude Creation or God as a possible interpretation of the evidence.. The problem is atheists are unable to validate their a priori assumption objectively meaning their their interpretation is faith based. Their claim there is a lack of evidence for God, being predicated on faith in an a priori assumption is therefore a faith based claim.

Here is the twist! There are an increasing number of observations and experiments that challenge the assumption of materialism making the faith based position a position held in spite of the evidence. While the theists, operating without the unproven (and arguably disproven) assumption therefore would be considered the most likely correct interpretation based on the principle of Ockham's Razor.

Couple that with the fact it is well documented from that Materialists specifically worked to impose the a priori assumption of materialism as a means of excluding God from Science - not based on the evidence but in spite of the evidence, there is no reason to take the atheists assertion of a lack of evidence for God seriously. If there truly were a lack of evidence for God there would be no need to impose any a priori assumptions on to science. In fact in the early history of modern science one of the arguments for science being a better approach to finding truth was it did not rely on a priori knowledge.

    "concerning alleged lack of evidence"

No, we are concerned with the "Alleged Evidence" that Christians always say they have but never seem to present it!! Fact is.. Your the reason Atheists exist.. because if you have evidence.. that's all we have ever asked for!!

No. We are talking over the internet about God right now. Atheists prefer to deny God's existence till God meets them face to face. The rest of us are smart enough to realize that God has always been a part of reality and will remain so as long as God wants to be.

Of course, in that verifiable facts are always trustworthy and proper critical thinking applies to verifiable facts is as well. Be that as it may evidence for God is abundant for anyone who chooses to believe, proof is absent and contrary evidence equally abundant for anyone who chooses not to believe. A choice to believe or not believe is matter of faith - there is ample evidence to support either choice.

I say I'm amazed you got to Level 7. I'm amazed you can tie your own shoes. Your insistence on purposely asking completely flawed questions to troll people is really quite sad and pathetic. You know that's not how evidence works. You knew it the first 50 times you asked a question like this.

For the billionth time - evidence is needed to believe in things. If there is no evidence it is reasonable not to believe. Works with leprechauns, works with vampires, works with Gods. Works with everything.

Lack of evidence should make God and religion untrustworthy how about that?

    What say ye?

    - That you are an idiot. You cannot have "testimony of lack of evidence", it just does not exist. You cannot testify about non-existence.

It is not possible to prove a negative....that someone doesn't exist.....like The Tooth Fairy...can you prove she doesn't exist? Of course not. otoh...theists should be able to prove the existence of god......but not up until now.....Mo Atheist.....

It isn't testimony, it's about facts. We can prove evolution with facts and evidence, can you provide evidence for your god?

Yes, it is....it is trustworthy to them and it doesn't have to be trustworthy to you. Just accept the fact that there are people who don't believe what you do and leave it at that. No one is trying to change your mind - why do you seem to be obsessed with changing other's minds?
