Why do people think Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the game when he's 2-4 in the playoffs since he won a Super Bowl?

He has no excuses, he has great receivers, a good offensive line. And don't give me oh he's the most sacked QB talk. No he's the most sacked QB because he doesn't throw the ball away because it'll mess up his stats. Also did I mention he has a Top 5 running back in the game. Listen Aaron Rodgers is a great QB but Brady will always be better then him. He threw for 4 touchdowns against the best defense in the game with non-deflated footballs even though it doesn't matter. Rodgers = Overrated

Because Rodgers currently is the best quarterback in the game. Brady is not the quarterback he once was even though he won a Super Bowl last year. For example, in a number of Brady's games he didn't even throw a touchdown. The Pats instead won a number of games through their running game. Also Brady has the shortage yardage per pass of basically any quarterback in the NFL, also not a good thing. And Brady's stats as of late really haven't been spectacular. That's partly why Belichick had Brady take some major pay cuts. Brady is nowhere near the top QB pay anymore of over $20 million. He's now around $8-9 million.

Brady does not deserve the credit for that Super Bowl win. Bill Belichick, the Pats rushing game and the Pats defensive secondary does.

Just because a quarterback's team does well doesn't mean the QB is doing well. For example, Rex Grossman made it to the Super Bowl and he was one of the worst quarterbacks of all time. Tim Tebow couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with his passes and his Broncos made it to the playoffs and even beat a horrible Steelers team in the playoffs. So should we say that Tim Tebow is better than Big Ben because he beat Big Ben in the playoffs? I don't think so!

Don't forget that the Pats lost to Rodgers and the Packers in the regular season. And Rodgers far outplayed Wilson in the playoffs. It wasn't Rodgers fault as to why the Packers barely lost to the Seahawks in the playoffs. And if you think Brady is so great because he beat the Seahawks, better get off your high horse. The game was out of his hands at the end of the game. All the Seahawks had to do was run the ball 1-3 times and they would have won the Super Bowl. They had the time outs. There was no time for the Pats to return for a score. The game was all but the Seahawks. The Pats should thank former Pats coach Carroll for making a huge mistake and passing the ball and for that no-name Pats player for making an unlikely interception otherwise we'd have hear Pats fans bawling again and making excuses once more for why they didn't win.

To me, Brady gets far too much credit and Belichick does not get enough. I'm not a fan of either the Packers or the Pats. Just calling things like the facts show.

Because it doesn't matter how great you are, it's not that easy once you're in the playoffs (Ex: Brady lost a lot of playoff games and superbowls before he finally got his 4th SB victory). Aaron Rodgers is near the top in all QB stats and he is the engine of that offense so the fault isn't all his. Their defense on the other hand is horrendous so that can be the big reason why he is 2-4 since winning a superbowl.

I guess you know what "overrated" means because you seem to be a Brady fan. Rodgers has succeeded without cheating, something the Patriots and Brady are incapable of doing.

Green Bay also plays against tougher division than the cupcakes Gisele's little man faces, and he takes far more punishment that the Foxboro Cream Puff because refs don't toss a flag every time a defender comes to within 5 yards of him, like they do with Belichick's butt boy.

Green Bay is a great team because Rodgers is the quarterback. He's a top-notch passer and an outstanding leader. You can plug any loser in at quarterback for New England and the team will keep rolling along.

One last thing- the only reason New England won last February was because Seattle choked. The Pats didn't win that game -- Seattle lost it.

Really QBS don't win the games by themselfs!Last seasons loss in Seattle was because the Packers gave that game away.Ya wanna say Brady is the best no problem.I will say this though! If the Patriots had Rodgers on their team he would be just as succesful.

I think he's considered one of the best just due to the fact that he has repeatedly been a #1 QB in almost all rankings FOR a Quarterback (besides interceptions). QBR, YDs, TD to INT ratio... Etc. He always has amazing regular season stats, and he plays well in the post season too, it isn't all his fault if they lose the game.. There's a reason American Football isn't a one person sport.

Source(s): Not even a GB fan lol.. Actually they kicked my team out the playoffs last year 😂
  • Because Rodgers has better mechanics, makes better throws, plays better defenses, and his girl is way better looking than Brady's!

He's flopped in alot of big games. Packers are kings at beating the weak teams and looking great doing it, then losing every time they face a good team.

QB s do not win or lose games. It is a team sport.

He plays every position on the field and was responsible for the 33.25 points that the defense averaged in those four losses.

Aaron Rodgers plays in a colder climate than Brady and doest deflate the balls, not to mention Aaron Rodgers beat Tom Brady last season
