It's impossible to workout with my IBS?
Alright so I'm a 16 year old girl and I've had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for about a year now and it's literally making my life hell. I'm almost always experiencing chronic pain and at a certain stage it was so severe I had to be admitted into hospital. Stressed or not, it just comes up unexpectedly accompanied by bloating and constipation. Lately I haven't even been able to workout properly because every time I do, my stomach bloats and the pain occurs when I'm about 20 minutes in, its severity ranges between 1-4.5/10 when I'm working out and about 3-8/10 when I'm not, not to mention that I'm always constipated as well. What can I do about this? Would it be safe to use laxatives for the constipation? Do you know of any workouts I can do which won't flare up the symptoms?
