Clearly you lack the ability to read others!
Some girls just like to let their hair down and spend the night dancing... I have seen girls grind it out on the floor with other girls, I have seen women dancing seductively guys, hell I love to dance with women BUT it doesn't mean romantic interest.
This girl you met was likely drunk and just having a good time, she felt you were a nice guy, easy to chat with and loved dancing with you... I doubt she had ANY romantic interest in you, she was just being social.
