Low or high blood sugar?

I'm in this summer program and lately my diet has been bad because I just found out I have an allergy to soy. I have skipped many meals because of there being soy or uncertainties from the cafeteria people. I filled up on snacks like chips. Today I was confused, was very anxious had heart palpitations, a shaky feeling, dry mouth, and constant urinating. I went to the nurse and I was cured for a while, but it's happening again. I ate a square meal but I still feel like This is not the end of whatever this is. Low blood sugar has all these symptoms, except dry mouth and constant urinating, which are high blood sugar symptoms. I am drinking coke and idk if this is the last time I will feel like this. They can't measure my glucose levels because I have no prescriptions and they have no equipment. Is it high or low? Could it be diabetes? Am I gonna be ok? (My vitals are all fine) is anxiety getting too much in my head? Thanks
