That's an interesting extension of the argument. I would argue that there are better examples: i.e. in New Hampshire an adult can marry a 13 year old child. Would the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling enforce that marriage standard in ALL states?

Clearly, SCOTUS has VASTLY overstepped its bounds.

    Hardly.

Even years before when transporting weapon LEGALLY under federal rulings, the New York Police still arrested and detained persons and confiscated as contraband (weapons) traveling through their state under colour of the local laws.

So One Judges ruling is not going to put any sort of legality in the minds of locals. It will take a series of cases to prove its worth.

It is an interesting hypocrisy, that the Federalist States beat the tar out of the Secessionist States Rightist, to prove Federal Law Rules, and now the same states demand that the States have a right to overrule the Federal Laws.

Only if every state allows conceal carry. The same sex marriage ruling only occurred because marriage was already a right in all 50 states.

    Nope

Let me give you an actual parallel.

You buy a car in Michigan, you pay to get a title. It is still your car in Georgia.

Ohio lets you sell alcohol, you bought a license to do so.

This doesn't mean you can sell it out of the trunk of your car in Iowa.

That would be nice, but unfortunately, Judicial Activism never seems to apply to right-leaning issues.
