Combat MOS' in the he Marine Corps?

I am in High School, and definitely want to join th the Marines. It has been something I've wanted to do since I could remember. I've talked to a recruiter, and asked about combat MOS' but I'm not sure how much he is telling the truth. He said that every marine could see combat. I'm sure that relatively true, but I can't imagine an admin seeing much combat. I also asked about a few jobs. My top 4 are Infantryman (I know what they do) Tank Crewman (can someone give me some info about that? What does their training consist of? Fleet life?) Security Forces (really sounds like an interesting job, and possibly what I will pick, I just don't know that much about it. Do they deploy to war zones or usually stay at embassy's? I heard they travel a lot, and that really turns me on to this job) and Combat Engineer (I know they blow things up, and deal with mine fields and building stuff, but what is it they exactly do in the Marine Corps? Are they getting shot at and shooting back, or are they mostly getting rid of explosives? I am very confused about this job. What does the training consist of? What is fleet life like) Like I said, I know what the Infantry does, but slots and contracts are low, and I can't joint just get. Chances are I will pick a different MOS, so I have no problem with that. Any info on the other 3 would really help. My recruiter was a firefighter in the Marines, so he doesn't have first hand accounts to my questions. That's why I asked on here. Thank before hand!

Tank Crewman: You will be part of a tank crew and will operate the tank as a driver, loader/gunner

Security Forces: You will either go to a MCSF Battalion and perform guard duty on a base (not deploy) or train and deploy as part of a FAST team to reinforce embassies. You have to be infantry to be MCSF and after a couple years you will go to an infantry battalion. You cannot stay MCSF your entire enlistment.

Combat Engineer: A common misconception is that engineers get rid of explosives. This is the job of Explosive Ordnance Disposal, which are not combat engineers. As an engineer, you can conduct building projects, received demolitions training, clear minefields, emplace obstacles and conduct mechanical and explosive breaches.

In addition to the answers you have, you would have to be an absolute moron to choose the Marines over the Army if you want to be a tanker. The tank world in the Army is better in every concievable way over the USMC. Thats not opinion but easily verifiable fact.

Tank crewman crew tanks (it's that simple).

MCSF (NOT the same as embassy guards) provide ceremonial and functional security at various Marine institutions from DC to Bahrain to Europe, yes they travel, it's a great duty but you better keep your uniform pretty, or it can be horrible (it just depends).
