Any score in the 800 range is considered perfect

A person with a credit score of 800 gets the same respect as that of a person with a credit score of 850. A lender will not make a judgement on anybody with a score of 800 or more that is perfect as far as he is concerned

    Almost any number, really.

850 is the top FICO credit score, the absolutely perfect FICO credit score.

Another number the top Vantage credit score, the absolutely perfect vantage score.

There are many different credit score systems, and they can each use a different number for a top or perfect score.

850 FICO another company goes to 900. Few people get a perfect score, mine is 825 most of the time but to get to 850 would mean never applying for more credit among other things and perhaps getting an installment loan like a car payment since I don't do that kind of debt.

850 but that's unattainable for most people.

800 is close enough for almost everything.

And most young people cant get an 800 either.

It probably requires 7+ years of very good credit, a car note and a mortgage note, never late on anything.

According to this info-graphic which illustrates just how much higher interest someone with a low credit rating might pay, says the highest rating is 850.
