please don't do that to yourself. You're going to kill yourself. You will loose an unhealthy amount of weight with that diet. A better diet:

    3 meals a day -

breakfast; An egg, whole-grain toast, Orange juice (9 am)

Lunch; 0 calorie yogurt & some berries (1 pm)

Dinner; Tofu, Chopped & boiled carrots, mashed potatoes (5 pm)

If you wish to loose weight, then you have to do it healthily. You can't starve yourself or you may very well get sick. Try exercising. If you're young and can't go to the gym, try something like blogilates (I will explain what she does in a moment) If you're older and can go to the gym, try going every day or every other day, to loose weight and possibly gain muscle.

Blogilates is a girl who makes workout calendars every month, and creates videos on youtube and does the moves with you. Try her out if you're willing.

Lastly, again, do not starve yourself, I'm begging you. You'll hurt yourself badly doing that. Eat healthily, work out, and don't eat all the sweets.

That's my rant complete. I hope you're doing okay, and that you do not go on a starvation diet.
