I think Stanton in Miami has a shot at it. He's under contract until, at least age 37, and the fact that he's somewhat injury prone may keep teams from trying to trade for him. But's definitely a HoF caliber talent when healthy.
The kicker here is the HoF requirement because many of the veteran players -- like Mauer, Howard, Utley, Verlander, and Wright -- have put in the time with one team but will probably come up short when they crunch the numbers to determine whether or not they're worthy. Mauer, in fact, should be in baseball jail right now for the way he's ripping the Twins off.
Arte Moreno has shown a willingness to throw money at players so Mike Trout could play in Anaheim his entire career. Beyond that, King Felix and Kershaw are the only other players I see who may meet your requirements.

Jeter and Rivera will claim this distinction, and Bagwell should, if enough voting writers ever extract their heads from their individual recta.
Active players who I could see getting there, though I advocate for none of them at this time in their careers: Yadier Molina, Troy Tulowitzki, Chase Utley, David Wright, Joe Mauer, Dustin Pedroia, Justin Verlander, Felix Hernandez. Ryan Howard has an extremely small chance, great start, since crumbled to debris.

Currently active or recently retired players who are likely to be inducted into the Hall of Fame (eventually) who played for one team in their careers include Chipper Jones, Mariano Rivera, and Jeff Bagwell.

I can't think of one active player who, if he retired today, has compiled both a HOF resume and only played for one team. However, I could be forgetting someone.
