Why is my betta fish losing color!?!?!?

she was a dark blue veil tail.

But then her find started shortening, and she starting becoming more and more pale.

    This might be due to her age is your fish under three months old? Also the type and quality of food can play a great role in the colour.

    try adding aquarium salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) to prevent any infection and strengthen the immune system. a 25% water change and temperature of 80 degrees will also help.
