What are the Best Spark Plugs for a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with the 5.2 V8 Magnum Engine? Something that will?
Engine is misfiring a little i have had this Vehicle for 7 years i have put 52,000 miles on it since i bought it from the 2nd owner. guess it is time to change the plugs.
What plug will be the best i hear Platinum or iridium?
What company makes the Best Spark Plug (based on your opinion or experience)?
maybe a microscopic increase in fuel efficiency?
maybe a microscopic increase in hp and tq?

Iridium spark plugs will last longer and maintain their gap better than any other plug. But they do not increase MPG or power when compared to a NEW copper or platinum. Do NOT use anti-seize unless the plug manufacturer recommends it. Most new plugs have nickel coated threads to prevent seizing to the cylinder head. If you apply anti-seize to those threads you must reduce the setting on your torque wrench or you'll overtigen the plug.

iridium's are the best you can buy at a local auto part store anything better is all online through different companies. My Hyundai comes stock with iridium's if your car uses the cheap copper and you go up to iridium you should notice a big difference! they also last about 30k+ miles. just gap them to spec of the car and add anti-seize to the threads and your done. platinum are a lower grade than iridium's but I believe they don't need to be gapped but I prefer iridium's they give you better power. Best Iridium's are from NGK a lot better than my Hyundai dealers junk. you should get a increase in HP and fuel efficiency if your car uses cheap spark plugs like copper because copper-iridium's is a massive leap but its good. They cost like $9 a spark plug so they are pricey so you need 8 spark plugs. it will do your older car good

Plugs most likely won't fix your misfire. NGK makes a good plug but without checking your wires and coils you may be replacing the wrong part on a hunch alone.
