I'm looking for a manga/anime?

I keep seeing clips from this one manga circulating around tumblr.

It looks reallt strange. The main character is a guy with a normal body except he has the head and neck of a bird.

There's another character, a girl. I think they might be in love? She has short hair, I believe.

    I know Rosario+Vampire is a good manga and anime. Its also on netflix

    It might be Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, the guy is a demon bird who can transform into a human and the girl is a high school girl with short blonde hair (no romance though)
