Do NROTC fleet returnees wear warfare devices and/or awards earned while enlisted?

    They get the choice of wearing enlisted ribbons and devices or NROTC ribbons. Can't wear both.

    Strangely, they all seem to take the real ribbons rather than just the made-up ones. Can't figure it out.

    If you earned them then you are entitled to wear them.

    Yes, all your ribbons and medals and qualifications are authorized.
