I'm 16 and I really want to lose weight, I am 129 and 5'7?

i have been walking now for 2 weeks at a fast pace for an hour every day, I keep my calories at 1,200. Is that enough to lose weight???

I am a girl btw and just want to lose 10 pounds

    You are perfectly normal. If you lose weight you'll wander into the "underweight" category. Be happy that you're so small! There's a chart below to prove it!

    That weight isnt bad at all! Im 5'7 and i weigh 170!

    130 at 5'7 is completely normal. I would recommend more intense cardio workouts like HIIT workouts.
