Bernadette Peters Book Signing: Can I buy a book there?

I am looking to go to Bernadette Peters upcoming book signing, but I don t have the book yet. Does she sell the books there and for how much?

    Yes, the bookstore where the signing is being held or that's sponsoring the signing has books for sale. You buy it, then you go up to the author and she signs it for you. They sell them for the regular retail price. (If this is her children's book about Stella and Charlie, the retail price seems to be $17.99.)

    They always sell the books there. Sometimes the author won't sign one unless you buy it there.

    The price of the book is the retail value, probably listed on website.
