Anti-smoking cartoon starring the Tin Man and Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz?
Over a decade and a half ago when I was in elementary school, our gym coach had us watch a musical cartoon about the dangers of smoking that starred the Tin Man and the Scarecrow.
I don't remember what it was called, I just remember there was a scene where the two of them are adventuring and take a shortcut through the "Land of Nicotine."
I can't find anything about it on Google and I was curious so I wanna know if anyone else has seen it or has a link to anything about it? Thanks!

Oh wow - that's interesting - never heard of this one. I'd love to see that.
They would have had to get permission from the owners of Wizard of Oz to use those characters. Sometimes these things will completely disappear because they have copyright problems.
