Who uses a diva cup?

I just got mine and I'm having quite a bit of trouble. I'm a virgin (though I've heard that doesn't have anything to do with it). I have yet to get it in, though I've done several dry runs, trying to get it in. The last time, when I tried it again, blood was on the rim. Is that bad, or did I just agitate my cervix? Any experienced and helpful comments or even just empathy, would be great!

for a Diva cup you have to be on your cycle or at least 1 day prior to it, since the Vag walls become more lubricated making it easier to insert and allowing it to fall into place properly.

try applying a little water onto the lip of the cup to help insert it this will also help you rotate it inside of you.

I am using one for the first time i am on day 3, i tried it for one day for 1-2 hours took it out becuase it felt tight then over night to get used to it then today the 3 day i am wearing it at work and feel awesome, the Diva sits low in the Vag and is not suposed to cup your Cervex....

also a tip to making sure its sealed in their, pull on the stem once its in and if you feel a suction like pull its secure in place!!, also you can trim the stem so it dosnt annoy you.
