How did any of you conquer suicidal thoughts?

Struggling with suicidal thoughts how did any of you beat this ? . Feeling so low don't know if I can go on. I'm a 20 year old girl and I feel like my life is over.

    I would talk to God. And read the bible. It worked every time.

    In the past I have called crisis hotlines. They helped a lot. They are free and confidential and you can find the phone numbers by searching online. Good luck. Make the call.

    Easy. I remember that my life is no where close to over, and I shouldn't end it early
